INVITATION TO TENDER
National Communication Secretariat (NCS) invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the tender
below:

Tender Document may be viewed and downloaded free of charge from NCS website www.ncs.go.ke or
Public Procurement Information Portal, www.tenders.go.ke. Interested firms who download the tender
document and intend to submit a bid MUST forward their contacts/particulars immediately to: scm@ncs.
go.ke for the purpose of facilitating clarification and/or addendum.
For further detailed requirements/information on the Tenders, interested firms are required to view/
inspect the Tender Documents.
Completed Bid Documents must be submitted in a plain sealed envelope (“original” and “copy”) all
clearly marked with the Tender Number and Tender Name indicated as per instructions in the Tender
Document and addressed
to:

National Communication Secretariat (NCS),
Community-Ngong Road, Transcom House,9th Floor,
P.O Box 10756-00100 GPO,
Nairobi.
and deposited in the tender box situated at the reception of National Communication Secretariat office to
be received on or before the bid closing date of Wednesday 5th July 2023 at 11.00am. The Bid opening
will be done immediately thereafter at the reception in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives
who choose to attend. Health and Safety protocols will be followed during the opening process.
Late tenders will be rejected.
