- Mathira Water and Sanitation Company invitessealed tendersforthe Provision of Staff Pension Scheme
Service Through an Umbrella Arrangement – (Guaranteed). - Tendering will be conducted under Open National Open Tender using a standard tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested bidders. - Tenderers may obtain further information or clarification from the Procurement Office during working hours
on weekdays, between 0800hrs to 1600hrs except public holidays or through email
info@mawasco.co.ke - Qualified and Interested tenderers may view/download the tender documents from the Website(s)
www.mawasco.ac.ke or from the public procurement information portal at www.tenders.go.ke free of charge - Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
info@mawasco.ac.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum. - Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes and levies. Tenders shall remain valid for
a period of one hundred and forty (140) days from the date of opening of tenders. - All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security amounting to Kenya Shillings Two Hundred Thousand
(Kshs 200,000) in form of a Bank Guarantee drawn by a bank licensed and operating in Kenya or a guarantee
from an Insurance Company registered with the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA). - TheTenderershallsequentially serialize all pages of the tender document submitted using Arabic numbers
1,2,3…. etc.
