PROVISION OF VEHICLE HIRE & HOTEL/ACCOMMODATION/CONFERENCING SERVICES
The World Health Organization (WHO) Kenya Country Office wishes to invite eligible Vendors to submit bids for the provision of the below listed services for:
- Vehicle Hire (Rental] Services with bid ref: RFP/AFRQ/KEN/006/2025.
- Hotel Accommodation, Conference Hire and Catering Service with bid ref: RFP/AFRO/ KEN/005/2025.
Interested bidders can obtain the bidding document containing all the requirements and Terms of Reference by sending a request to: AFKENPROC@who.int no later than 2nd September 2025 at 4:00pm.
Additional Requirements:
Provide copies of Certificate of Incorporation, VAT registration, Trading Licenses, Registration and any relevant certifications.
- Letters of recommendation from reputable organizations.
- Latest Bank Statement
- Audited Accounts
- A Letter of Credit from the Bank
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- a)WHO reserves the right to reject any bid.
- b)WHO is not bound to select the lowest bid.
- c)Only successful bidders will be notified in writing of the final bid decision.
Deadline for submission of bids is Tuesday 16th September 2025 at 2:00 pm, Kenya Time.
All bids shall be clearly marked with their respective Bid References as listed below,
- Vehicle Hire (Rental] Service with bid ref: RFP/AFRQ/KEN/006/2025.
- Hotel Accommodation, Conference Hire and Catering Service with bid ref: RFP/AFRO/ KEN/005/2025.
