CONDITIONS

  1. Interested bidders may view the items from 24th May 2022 to 8th June, 2022 between 00 AM to 4.00 P.M at Rein- surance Plaza Parking Nairobi. To verify all the details for themselves as these are neither warranted by the Kenya Law Reform Commission nor the appointed Auctioneers.
  2. The items are sold “as-is -where – is basis” and the sale is subject to reserve price (s).
  3. Bidders are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Ksh 1,000 payable to the Kenya Law Reform Commission to obtain a catalogue and then present the deposit slip to the cashier before collecting the catalogue of the items from the Accounts
  4. Interested bidders will be required to pay a refundable cash deposit of Ksh 15,000/- for vehicles and 2,000/= for the other items on the Auction day to Viewline Auctioneers at the Re-insurance Plaza 3th Floor Board Room No. 325 to obtain bidding number, which will also serve as an entry pass to the Auction Payment for the cash deposit starts at 8.00 AM on the Auction day up to Auction time.
  5. The successful bidder MUST pay a deposit of 25% of the purchase price at the fall of the hammer on the Auction day and the balance of 75% within fourteen (14) calendar days, failure to which the 25% deposit will be forfeited and the item be disposed of at the sole discretion of the Kenya Law Reform
  6. Unsuccessful bidders will be refunded the bid number deposits on presentation of original receipts for the bid num- ber deposit immediately after the
  7. Successful bidder’s deposit will be credited to his / her price so that it forms part of the amount of the bid and the bidder will be required to pay the bid price less the deposit
  8. The Purchased items MUST be collected from the Auction yard seven (7) calendar days after full payment failure to which the paid amount will be forfeited and the item will be disposed of at the sole discretion of the Kenya Law Re- form Bidders to obtain clearance certificate from the Accounts Office /transport office before collecting the items from the Auction Yard.
