PURCHASE OF ASSORTED COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT & GADGETS FOR EMERGENCY OPERATION CENTRE

1. County Government of Machakos invites sealed tenders for the purchase of assorted
communication equipment & gadgets for emergency operation Centre Tendering will
be conducted under open competitive tendering method using a standardized tender
document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
2. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) county website
www.machakos.go.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke free of charge.
3. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain
valid for (119)days from the date of opening of tenders.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information during office hours
Monday to Friday between 0900hrs and 1600hrs in writing via email
supplychain@machakos.go.ke or call the Director Emergency Services & Disaster
Management +254723216905 to facilitate any clarification.
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
6. Completed tenders must be Submitted MANUALLY in the tender box at MACHAKOS
HEADQUARTERS OFFICES on or before 5th May 2025 at 11.00 AM. Late tenders will
be rejected.

7. Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date at Emergency service boardroomAdjacent to Machakos people’s park. Bidders are advised to attend for opening of tenders.
