- Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain and inspect complete set of tender documents by down- loading them from the University website kibu.ac.ke or http://tenders.go.ke free of charge. Interested applicants for the Tender and Registration Documents MUST forward their details to the email address: tenders@kibu.ac.ke on or before the closing date.
- Completed Tender Documents in a plain sealed envelope, clearly marked with “The Tender Number but no indication of the applicant name, shall be deposited in the Tender Box at the University Administra- tion Block Ground Floor. Bulky Tender Documents which do not fit in the tender box shall be registered at the Vice Chancellor’s Office on 1st floor of the Administration Block, all addressed to:

So as to be received on or before Tuesday 31st May, 2022 at 10.00AM for registration of suppliers and on
Tuesday 31st May, 2022 at 10.00AM for Tenders.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the Auditorium C in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who chose to attend.
