AVSI Foundation in Kenya is an NGO operating in Kenya currently involved in education, child protection, nutrition, agriculture, economic empowerment sectors, renewable energy, and agriculture and urban planning, AVSI is currently operating in 31 counties and seeking to prequalify contractors/companies/IT firms/enterprises to undertake the following works and supplies:

| LOT 6 | Motor vehicle service and maintenance |
| LOT 7 | Beauty equipment and cosmetics products |
| LOT 8 | Cleaning and toiletries materials |
| LOT 9 | Electronics and appliances |

AVSI Foundation seeks to prequalify competent companies/organizations/IT firms/enterprises services above:
Requirements:
- Company profile with
- PIN and registration certificate
- Audited accounts for the last 2 years (2023 & 2024)
- Certificate of tax compliance (Current)
- County operating business license
- Backed/proven past experience
- Declaration of Eligibility duly stamped and signed (Annex 1)
- AVSI Code of Ethics acceptance duly stamped and signed (Annex 2)
- CR12 certificate
