ITEM NO. 1: REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY 2023 TO DECEMBER 2024
Kisii County Government invites applications for registration of suppliers, contractors and consultants for provision of Works, Goods and Services from interested eligible Candidates for different categories for the period of 2years.2023-2024.
ITEM NO. 2: FRAMEWORK AGREEMENTS FOR SELECT GOODS, WORKS AND SERVICES
Framework agreement contracts will be for the period of 2 years. 2023-2024 Interested and eligible bidders may download the Registration bid document from County website or the Public Procurement Information Portal on www.kisii.go.ke (tenders) and/or www.tenders.go.ke respectively free of charge. All categories of requirements are on the website and portal provided.
Completed Registration documents should be uploaded to www.supplier.kisii.go.ke in their respective categories not later than 24th November at 10.00am. Submitted documents will be opened publicly in the presence of candidates or their authorized representatives who choose to attend on 24th November at 10.00am at the County Treasury Premises Block “A” room 2 (Procurement Pool).
Note that the previous registration for the FY 2020-2022 is obsolete and all bidders are required to register afresh.
ITEM NO. 3: ADDENDUM ON ADVERT DATED 17TH OCTOBER, 2022 ON PROPOSED VEGETABLE AGGREGATION MARKETS FOR MARANI AND MAGENA – ADDENDUM CONTAINS CLARIFICATIONS ON ISSUES RAISED DURING PRE-TENDER SITE CONFERENCE CONDUCTED ON 25TH OCTOBER, 2022. TENDER SUBMISSION EXTENSION TO 11TH NOV,2022. AT 10.00 AM.
