REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR FY 2021-2022 AND 2022-2023
The Policyholders Compensation Fund (PCF) is a State Corporation governed by Section 179 of the Insurance Act (Cap 487) and the Insurance (Policyholders Compensation Fund) (Amendment) Regulations, 2014. The Fund was established for the primary purpose of providing compensation to claimants to an insurer that has been put under Statutory Management and for the secondary purpose of increasing the general public’s confidence in the insurance sector.
To this end the Fund invites applications for pre-qualification from interested, eligible and competent suppliers for supply, provision of services and repair & maintenance services for the period 1st July 2021 to 30th June 2023.
Pre-qualification documents may be obtained for free by downloading from PCF/PREQ website www.pcf.go.ke
Complete documents in a plain, sealed envelope marked prequalification of suppliers indicating the category of items should be addressed to:

and deposited in the TENDER BOX at the ZEP-RE PACE, GROUND FLOOR, LONGONOT ROAD, UPPER HILL so as to be received on or before 30th August, 2021 at 10.00 a.m. The documents will be opened on the same day at 11.00 am and bidders or their representatives are welcome to witness the opening.
Youth, Women and Persons with disability are encouraged to participate.
Late bids shall not be accepted.
