Documents with detailed information can be obtained from the office of the procurement officer upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Kshs 1,000.00 per set of tender document.
In addition to the conditions provided in the tender documents, tenderers must attach: Copy of their original business registration certificate, proof of relevant experience and copy of a valid tax compliance certificate.
Completed tender documents should be submitted in plain sealed envelope, clearly marked with the tender name and reference number. It should be addressed to the undersigned and deposited in the tender box situated in the administration block on or before 5th October, 2021, and will be opened immediately in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
NB: Any form of canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
