The Assets Recovery Agency (ARA) was established under section 53 of the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2009 (POCAMLA) with the mandate of identifying, tracing, freezing, seizing and recovering proceeds of crime.
To this end application for Registration of eligible interested suppliers and Service providers in various categories of Goods, works and Services are invited for participation up to the period ending June, 2023.

Bidders who download the tender document from the website must immediately forward their particulars (i.e. Name and Contact of applicant) to the email: info@assetsrecovery.go.ke for the purposes of registration and any further tender clarifications.
Registration documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the Category number and name to deposited in the Tender Box at Assets Recovery Agency, UAP Old Mutual Tower, 22nd Floor, Upper Hill Road,
NAIROBI, or be addressed to: –
