REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR GOODS, WORKS, AND SERVICES FOR THE FINANCIAL
YEARS 2025/2026 AND 2026/2027.

The County Government of Kilifi, in compliance with section 57 and 71 of the Public Procurement and Asset
Disposal Act,2015 invites interested and eligible Suppliers, Contractors and Consultants for goods, works and services
to apply for Registration for supply and delivery of various goods, works and services in the 2025/2026 and
2026/2027 Financial Years. The Procuring Entity’s procurement needs for the period are as tabulated below:

Interested and eligible Suppliers, Contractors and Consultants should obtain the Registration Documents FREE OF
CHARGE from the County Government of Kilifi website (www.kilifi.go.ke) or the Public Procurement
Information Portal (PPIP) ( https://www.tenders.go.ke.)
Applicants are required to fill the registration document and attach the required documents. Complete
registration documents shall be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked with the appropriate
Registration category reference number i.e., CATEGORY…/…FOR SUPPLY OR PROVISION
