FINANCIAL YEAR 2025-2027
Kimasian Technical and Vocational College wishes to invite application for Registration
of suppliers for the Supply and Delivery of goods and provision of works/service two
financial years (2025-2026, 2026-2027).Tender documents with detailed specifications may
be obtained from the procurement office upon payment of a non-Refundable fee of Kshs.
1,000.00 during normal working hours from (8.00am-5.00pm) Monday to Friday or
download free of charge from college website atwww.kmasiantvc.ac.ke. For more
information visits our college located along Nakuru-Kericho Highway -Outskirt Of
Kedowa Town.
Duly completed tender forms are to be put in a plain sealed envelope, clearly marked
with relevant tender names, description and tender number and should be addressed to
the
PRINCIPAL/BOG SECRETARY

And deposit to the tender Box at the Administration Block on or before 15th August 2025
at 10.00am. Tenders shall be opened soon after closing in the presence of bidders or
representatives who may choose to attend. Late bids shall not be opened.
