INVITATION TO REGISTRATION
REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GOODS, WORKS AND SERVICES
TENDER NO: KAS/TEND/001/2025-2026
Tenders are invited for registration of suppliers from interested and eligible bidders for the
supply/provision of the under listed goods / services for the period 2025-2027.
Eligible Suppliers may obtain the document from the Kenya Academy of Sports, Moi International
Sports Centre Kasarani during normal working hours in person at a non-refundable fee of Kshs.500/-
which is paid in cash at the accounts office before, 5.00pm on normal working days or downloaded
from the Kenya Academy of Sports website http://www.kas.or.ke and Public Procurement
Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke. Free of charge.
Suppliers currently in the Kenya Academy of Sports database who wish to be retained are required
to apply and submit up to date information required in the registration of suppliers’ document.
*All eligible suppliers are required to be registered on the E-GP portal and provide their eregistration number.
Completed Tender Documents, “Original” enclosed in plain sealed envelope, marked with the
Tender Number shall be addressed to: –

And be deposited in Kenya Academy of Sports tender box. To be received on or before 5
TH SEPTEMBER 2025 at 11.00a.m. All Bid Documents must be serialized / paginated.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their
representatives who choose to attend the opening at Kenya Academy of Sports Board
Room on 5TH September 2025, at 11.00 am.
