REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS |
The National Land Commission derives its mandate from the Constitution of Kenya 2010, the National Land Policy (2009) and acts of Parliament, namely the National Land Commission (NLC) Act, the Land Act and the Land Registration Act, all of 2012. In order to carry out its mandate, The Commission Intends to register suppliers for the supply of goods, services and works for a period of two years 2021 – 2023.
The Commission invites sealed applications from eligible candidates for the purpose of registration under the following categories:
