REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR THE PROVISION OF LEGAL SERVICES FOR THE YEARS 2022- 2025

1. Judicial Service Commission (JSC) intends to Register Suppliers for the Provision
of Legal Services for a Period of Three (3) Years w.e.f November 2022 to October
2025.
2. Qualified and interested applicants may obtain further information and inspect the
registration document during office hours [0900 hrs – 1600 hrs.], Monday to Friday
excluding public holidays] at the address given below.
3. The Registration Document may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website,
www.jsc.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke. Applicants who download the Registration
Document must forward their particulars immediately to jsc.procurement@jsc.go.ke
to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
4. Applications for Registration should be submitted by postal service, or hand/courier
delivery, clearly marked envelopes and delivered to the address given below by 7th
November 2022 at 1000hrs. (East Africa Time).
5. Late applications shall be rejected.
6. Electronic tenders will not be permitted
7. The Applicants/Candidates shall chronologically serialize all pages of the Registration documents
submitted.
8. Registration Documents will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified or
any deadline date and time specified later. The documents will be publicly opened in the presence
of the Applicants/ Candinates’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
