Candidates are advised to prove qualification by attaching the following [REQUIREMENTS):

  1. Copy of certificate of incorporation/registration;
  2. PIN Certificate;
  3. VAT Registration Certificate;
  4. Valid Tax Compliance/ Exemption Certificate;
  5. Business License Certificate [Single Business Permit)
  6. Copy of certificate of registration with relevant regulatory bodies i.e., National Construction Authority [NCA), Registration with National Council for Persons with Disability etc. [where applicable),
  7. Business/Company profile;
  8. CR12;
  9. Certificate of Registration in a target group issued by the National Treasury [where applicable);
  10. Copies of National IDs/ Passports of Directors.

Suppliers’ registration form may be downloaded from the County or the Public  Procurement Information Portal on www.kisii.go.ke [tenders) and/or www.tenders.go.ke respectively free of charge.

Completed Registration documents should be uploaded to www.suplier.kisii.go.ke in their respective categories not later than 28th January, 2021 at 10.00am. Kindly contact 0709 727 020, 0730184 020 for I.T support services and 0709 727 042 for Procurement support services.

Submitted documents will be opened publicly in the presence of candidates or their authorized representatives who choose to attend on 28th January at 10.00am at the County Treasury Premises Block “A” room 2 [Procurement Pool. Please note that registration of suppliers is a continuous exercise. Those who wish to apply after the deadline are encouraged as per timelines advised by the Head of Supply Chain Management.
