| TENDER NOTICE |
Tenders are invited for supply and delivery of goods, works and services to the institute as and when required for the financial year 2025/2026, Framework Agreements and Registration of suppliers, service providers and contractors for the period 2025/2026/2027 from eligible candidates. Tender Documents with detailed specifications may be obtained from the Institute’s procurement office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ksh.1,000. Alternatively, the documents may be downloaded free of charge from Emining TTI Website by visiting www.eminingtti.ac.ke. Or from the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP): www.tenders.go.ke.
Duly completed tender forms in plain sealed envelopes bearing specific tender numbers and items should be addressed to the undersigned or be deposited in the tender box at the administration block on or before 11th July 2025 latest 11:00 AM.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter closing in presence of bidders or representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be returned unopened.
