  1. The Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation invites sealed tenders for the tenders below
  2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (Open Tender) using a standardized tender document.
  3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours [. 0900 to 1500 hours] at the address given below.
  4. The completed OT documents, in one (1) original and a copy properly paginated must be delivered to the Tender Box on Ground Floor, Maji House or sent to the address below so as to be received on or before 2nd March 2022 at 10.00 East African time. Bulky tender documents should be registered in Room 322 Maji House, Nairobi, Ministry of Water, Sanitation and irrigation Headquarters during normal working hours.

Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings inclusive of all applicable taxes.

  1. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter, in the presence of bidders or representatives who choose to attend and sign a record of attendance.
