Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Request for Proposal Documents during office hours 8.00 am to 5.00 pm at the address given below. Request for Proposal documents may be viewed and downloaded free from the National suppliers’ Website (www.tenders.go.ke ) and Nairobi county website www.nairobi.go.ke .
A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a non- refundable fees of Kenya shillings One Thousand only (Kshs 1,000.00) in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.nairobi.go.ke or Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.nairobi.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke . Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to NAIROBI CITY COUNTY NAIROBI P.O BOX 30075 – 00100 NAIROBI to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly bearing only tender number and title should be deposited in tender box located at the reception of the Supply Chain Management Department offices, City Hall, 4th Floor Room 400 on or before 10th June, 2025 at 11.30am addressed to the following address.

Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the Nairobi City County Procurement boardroom in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
Late tenders will be rejected.
