Quotation document with detailed items specifications, can be can be collected from the college procurement office on weekdays between 8:00a.m and 5:00p.m from 6th October,2025 or download from PPIP( public procurement information portal). Prices quoted should be V .A.T inclusive and other government taxes where applicable. Completed tender document(s) in plain sealed envelope bearing no identity of tenderer and clear marked with quotation number, should be addressed to:

and deposited in the college quotation box placed outside administration block, not later than 13th October 2025 at, 12:00 noon. Quotations will be opened at 2:00pm the same day.
