The County Government of Turkana has received financing from The German Development Bank (KfW) towards the cost of the Drought Resilience Programme in Northern Kenya (DRPNK) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
The consulting service (“the Services”) includes providing expertise towards undertaking Environmental and Social Safeguards Monitoring and Audits for identified projects under Annual Investment Plan I of DRPNK, Turkana County.
The Turkana County Government intends to shortlist consultants to provide consulting services through an Expression of Interest for Environmental and Social Safeguards Monitoring and Audits in Turkana County, under Annual Investment Plan I as per the description below:

Interested consultants may obtain further information / queries before 30th June, 2025 at the address below during office hours at 8.00 am to 4.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays except on Public Holidays or send an e-mail as per the e-mail address below. Interested Consultants are also required to continually check Turkana County Government website https://www.turkana.go.ke for any additional information or clarification that may arise before the submission date.
The Consultant(s) will be selected in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal Act (2015), KfW Guidelines for Procurement of Goods, Works and Associated Services, KfW Sustainable Guidelines, which can be found at the following website:
