This request for expressions of interest [REOI] follows the general procurement notice that appeared on the EAFF website on 22/12/21, and on newspaper on 23/12/21.

The Eastern Africa Farmers Federation EAFF} was formed in 2001 as a non-political, non profit and democratic organization, whose role is to voice the concerns and interest of farmers of the region to enhance their social -economic status and regional cohesiveness. EAFF’s establishment was championed by national farmers’ organizations from Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda and DRC Congo. Membership was subsequently extended to Burundi, Eritrea, Djibouti, Ethiopia and South Sudan. EAFF membership is now composed of 23 farmer organizations serving 20 million farmers.

EAFF [“the client’’] now invites eligible consulting firms (“consultants”] to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services. Interested firms should fill the template for expressions of interest provided in the link https://www.eaffu.org/secretariat/secretariat-2  and send it to the addresses indicated in the table below.

A consultant will be selected in accordance with the selection method set out in the instructions to the consultant document provided on the link. The shortlisting criteria are also indicated therein.

Expressions of interest must be delivered in written form using the forms provided for this purpose. EOls shall be submitted to the addresses below no later than 5pm, 10^th  January,2022.
