The African Gender and Media Initiative Trust (GEM TRUST) is a legally registered Trust in Kenya that advances gender equality through research and advocacy on women’s human rights.
GEM Trust works in four areas namely; Research, Public Policy Knowledge development on Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment, Capacity Building and New Media Activism.
GEM recognizes women’s rights to reproductive and sexual health as fundamental to women’s health. As part of this work, GEMTRUST is currently working to:
- Develop an implementation framework and action plan for Kenya ni Mimi initiative.
- Develop a strategic framework to elevate the women chapter of the Boda Boda safety Association of Kenya.
To achieve this, GEM Trust would like to hire the services of two consultancy firms with relevant experience to undertake the assignments, one firm for each assignment.
In this regard, GEM Trust wishes to invite interested and qualified firms to bid for the assignment by sending an email to: gemrfp@gem.or.ke to receive the Request for Proposal Bid documents of the relevant assignment.
