1. The County Government of Nyeri invites proposals from qualified firms to provide the following consulting services
(here in after called “the services”):

2. A firm will be selected under Quality-Cost-based Selection (QCBS) method and in a format as described in
this RFP, in accordance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015, a copy of which is found
at the following website: www.ppra.go.ke.

Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.nyeri.go.ke or the PPIP (Public
Procurement Information Portal)
The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 9th January 2026 at
11:00am
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
Late tenders will be rejected.
You are required to complete the forms provided, attach required and relevant documentation
Completed tender documents clearly marked with the tender number and tender name, bearing no
indication of the tenderer, should be addressed to:
