Objective:
PCEA Kikuyu Hospital seeks a consultant or firm to conduct a comprehensive Job Evaluation to ensure appropriate classification of positions and alignment with internal and external equity.
Scope of Work:
- Review and recommend an updated organizational structure.
- Conduct job analysis and update job descriptions for all positions.
- Design an equitable salary structure based on market benchmarks.
- Review and recommend improvements for the performance appraisal system.
- Develop a Job Evaluation Manual.
Deliverables:
- Revised organizational structure and job descriptions.
- Competitive salary structure and grading system.
- Final report with recommendations and a Job Evaluation Manual.
