KTDA Farmers Company Ltd (KFC) was incorporated in 1996 and is owned by 220,000 shareholders. KFC primary business is long-term investment in quality rent generating properties, that are well maintained, so as to increase their long-term value. KFC currently owns various real estate properties that are spread in Nairobi, Mombasa and Kiambu Counties.
The Company in its endeavour to fulfill its strategic direction and mandate through acquisition of attractive real estate investment (residential, commercial or industrial) seeks to purchase a property in Nairobi City County or its environs.
Interested eligible property owners/agents may obtain a detailed Request for Proposal document from the procurement office, located on third floor Majani Plaza, Koinange Street, Nairobi during office hours upon payment of the non- refundable tender fee. The RFP document may also be requested by emailing: procurement@ktdateas.com upon payment of the tender fee.
