Background
SNV in Kenya is seeking to construct a new, modern, energy efficient, and functional eco-friendly office building at its Nairobi headquarters. To facilitate this, SNV seeks to engage a qualified consultancy firm to lead the preparation of Scheme Design, Detailed Design, Tender Documentation and Construction Supervision for the new building. The lead consultancy firm will be required to partner with other consultants under a consortium arrangement as per the terms of reference in the request for proposal document.
Eligibility and Submission Deadlines
Interested consultancy firms are invited to request for the ToR from Procurementkenya@snv.org and should make submission to the same email not later than 30th January 2026 at 17.00 hours (East Africa Time)
Proposals that are received after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.
SNV in Kenya reserves the right to accept or reject any tender document either in whole or part and is not bound to give reasons for its decision.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
