KTDA Holdings Ltd invites proposals from interested eligible firms to conduct forensic audit on KTDA Holdings Limited, its subsidiaries and managed tea factory companies as detailed in the request for proposal terms of reference. The audit’s objective is to provide a status of the Group in terms of the financial position and the adequacy and integrity of the policies and procedures in place. Firms which have provided audit services to KTDA Holdings, its subsidiaries or the managed tea factory companies within the last ten years, are not eligible to bid.
Interested eligible firms may obtain detailed tender documents from the procurement office located on first floor KTDA Farmers Building, Moi Avenue, Nairobi during office hours upon payment of the non- refundable registration fee. The documents may also be requested upon payment by emailing: procurement@ktdateas.com

Completed proposal documents should be deposited in the tender box at the reception on ground floor, KTDA Farmers Building, Moi Avenue, Nairobi, so as to be received not later than 2nd November, 2021 at 9.30 AM. Opening shall be on the same day.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the tender opening shall be virtual through a video link. Bidders will be provided with the log-in credentials before the tender opening.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
