REQUEST OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST TO BE PART OF A SHORTLIST OF ORGANIZATIONS AND/OR COMPANIES AND/OR NATURAL PERSONS (I.E. PROFESSIONALS) FOR POTENTIAL FUTURE TENDER PROCESSES LAUNCHED BY AICS KAMPALA
The Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS) – Kampala Office – intends to create a shortlist of prequalified organizations and/or companies and/or natural persons (i.e. professionals) that could be invited to bid to possible future tenders through Simplified Procedure PRAG within the program “Reforestation for Communities Prosperity in Eastern Uganda -ReForEst Uganda” – NDICI AFRICA/2023/450-049, AID 012967/01/0 funded by the European Union and implemented by AICS.
The purpose of this Expression of Interest is to conduct a market survey and invite all the existing organizations and/or companies and/or natural persons to submit their candidature for a maximum validity period of three years. This request of Expression of Interest will not include ranking, scoring or other classifications of merits.
Please note that the invitation is open to organizations and/or companies and/or natural persons specialized in the green financing sector and may provide high-level expertise to provide technical advisory services in green financing and incentive mechanisms (e.g., Carbon Trade and Payment of Ecosystem Services, Green Bonds, Grants, Bank Financial Services, etc.)
The applicants shall refer to Annex 2 attached to this announcement for detailing their level of specialization in the declared fields/areas.
The interested applicants shall submit the following documents:
- Filled Annex_1 Application form
- Filled Annex_2 Declaration on Honor on exclusion criteria
- Valid ID card of a Company Legal Representative (Valid ID card for natural person)
- VAT Registration and/or Fiscal Code Registration
- Signed Annex_3 Data Protection Regulation
- Company profile for organizations and/or companies (Curriculum Vitae for natural person)
