The NAIROBI CITY COUNTY GOVERNMENT (NCCG) invites sealed tenders for the ROAD MARKING AND INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC SIGNS ANDSTREETNAMES
Tendering will be conducted under National open competitive method using a standardizedtenderdocument. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
- Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect theTenderDocuments from 0900-1500hours at the address given below.

A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interestedtenderersupon payment of a non- refundable fees of (NOT APPLICABLE) in cashor Banker’sCheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents mayalternativelybeobtained electronically from the website www.nairobi.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke

Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge. Tenderers downloadingdocuments from a designated website shall advise the Procurement Entity that they have downloaded the tender documents, giving full contact addresses of thetenderer(nairobiprocurement@gmail.com).

Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.tenders.go.ke .
Tenderers who download the tender document MUST forward their particulars immediately to nairobiprocurement@gmail.com,to facilitate anyfurther clarification or addendum.
6 Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remainvalid for 140 days from the date of opening of tenders.
7 All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender-Security of Kshs. 300,000/=8 The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9 Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 22ND OCTOBER,2025 11:00a.m. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
10 There will be a Site visit at the Proposed Site (N/A)
11 Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specifiedaboveoranydeadline date and time specified later.
Tenders will be publicly opened inthepresenceofthe Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
12 Late tenders will be rejected
