INVITATION TO TENDER
Sale of Boarded ICT Equipment

1. KASNEB invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates to purchase boarded ICT Equipment as
per the list attached.
2. Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information at the address provided below. Items
will be sold as they are, without any encumbrances.
3. Interested tenderers may inspect the goods to be sold during office hours 9.00 A.M to 4:00 P.M
during the working days Wednesday, 17 December 2025 to Wednesday, 7 January 2026 at
Kasneb Towers I, Off Hospital Road, Upper Hill Nairobi.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates from KASNEB
Website www.kasneb.or.ke Downloaded at NO FEE or the PPIP Portal www.tenders.go.ke.
5. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Tuesday, 13 January
2026, at 11:00 A.M.
6. Prices quoted should be net, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for the period of
120 days from the closing date of the tender.
7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline, date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below
8. Late tenders will be rejected.
