1. National Social Security Fund (NSSF) ‘The Fund’ invites sealed Request for Proposals
for Selection of a Consultancy Firm to carry out Organizational Review and Job
Evaluation
2. The successful consultant shall enter into a contract for a maximum duration of one year
3. Tendering will be conducted under Request for Proposal method and is open to all
qualified and interested Consulting Firms.
4. RFP documents obtained from the NSSF website, www.nssf.or.ke or the PPIP portal,
www.tenders.go.ke shall be free of charge.
5. Qualified and interested tenderers may also obtain further information and inspect the
Tender Documents during office hours at the address given below.

during normal working hours on Monday to Friday between 0800hrs to 1700hrs (East
Africa Time).
6. A complete set of Request for Proposal documents obtained electronically will be free
of charge.
7. Consulting firms that download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to procurement@nssfkenya.co.ke to facilitate any further clarification or
addendum/addenda.
8. Consulting firms shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents
submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 24th February,
2026 at 11:00 am (East Africa Time).

- Request for Proposal documents that do not fit in the tender box shall be deposited at
NSSF Procurement Office and recorded using the register located at Block ‘A’ Western
Wing 9th floor.
11. Request for Proposal documents will be opened immediately after the deadline date
and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be
publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who
choose to attend at the address below.

12. Late Request for Proposal documents will be rejected.
