Offers must be hand delivered in sealed envelopes addressed to LCC Secretary, UNHCR Branch Office, Lynwood Building directly opposite the Lion Place along Waiyaki way, in Nairobi and dropped in the Tender Box at the reception area on or before the closing date and time.
UNHCR reserves the right to reject part or whole offers without assigning any reason whatsoever and will not be obliged to select the lowest offer.
