INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 50 BRANDED WOODEN LOCKERS AND SEATS WITH METALLIC FRAMES (STANDS) WITH
RUBBER BOTTOM AT SALVATION ARMY JOYTOWN SPECIAL PRIMARY SCHOOL

3. The NGCDF THIKA TOWN invites sealed tenders for the supply of goods i.e SUPPLY AND
DELIVERY OF 50 BRANDED WOODEN LOCKERS AND SEATS WITH METALLIC FRAMES
(STANDS) WITH RUBBER BOTTOM AT SALVATION ARMY JOYTOWN SPECIAL PRIMARY SCHOOL
4. Tendering will be conducted under OPEN COMPETITIVE METHOD (National) using a
standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
5. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours [i.e. 0800 to 1700 hours] at the address given below.
6. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by the bidders electronically free of charge.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10th December 2025 at 10:00 am
9. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or
any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
