The Evaluation and Qualification criteria of bids
The criteria shall be described in the tender documents
NOTE
1. Original bid security to be submitted to the office of Director, supply chain management services during working
hours on or before the close date and time.
Completed tender documents must be submitted through the IFMIS supplier portal so as to be received not later than 15th
December, 2022, original bid security must be delivered at the office of Director, Supply Chain Management during office
working hours on or before the closing date and time.
In the event that eligible bidders have challenges uploading their tender documents in the integrated management system (IFMIS)
supplier portal kindly seek assistance from IFMIS desk on 0800721477/ 0202480180 at the National Treasury.
Please note that MANUAL SUBMISSION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All tenders must be submitted via IFMIS
SUPPLIER PORTAL.
