SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BAKERY ITEMS APRIL 2022 – NYS

NATIONAL YOUTH SERVICE TENDER APRIL 2022 

The National Youth Service invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers or distributors for supply and delivery of bakery items: Wheat Flour, Sugar, Cooking Oil, Salt, Dry Yeast, Improver and Calcium at National Youth Service Training College Gilgil for a period of two years 2021-2023 (framework contract – Open Tender).

A complete set of tender documents may be downloaded from the Service’s websites: www.nys.go.ke or from the National Treasury portal:  https//supplier.treasury.go.ke . free of charge.

A complete set of Bidding Document(s) in English (hardcopy) may be purchased by eligible Bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings 1,000 (One Thousand Kenya Shillings) in cash or Bankers Cheque in favor of the Director General, National Youth Service at the cash office situated at NYS HEAD­QUARTERS, Thika Road, Nairobi or National Youth Service College Gilgil.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for (120) days from the closing date of the tender.

Completed Serialized Bidding Documents, one original and one copy in plain sealed envelope clearly marked on top with the Tender Number and Tender Name/Description, should be addressed to

Completed Bidding Documents MUST be deposited in the Tender Box provided at NYS College Gilgil, to be received on or before 11^th  May, 2022 at 10.00 am (East African Time).
