INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CABRO MOULD, SAND AND CEMENT FOR OPERIZATION OF CABRO PLANT
TENDER NEGOTIATION NO: 1884314-2024/2025.
The Department of Lands, Physical Planning, Housing & Urban Development invites sealed tenders for the
supply and delivery of Cabro mould, sand and cement for operationalization of cabro plant
Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested registered reserved category with valid AGPO certificate.
1. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours from 8;00AM to 5;00PM at the address given below.
2. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from our Website
www.nyandarua.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
3. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.nyandarua.go.ke.
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
(scm@nyandarua.go.ke) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
4. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for (90)
days from the date of opening of tenders.
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
6. A hard copy of completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 16th June 2025 at
1100hrs. Electronic Tenders will be also uploaded to the ifmis portal.
7. Filled tender document MUST be submitted BOTH manually and electronically.
8. The tenderer MUST include 0.03% of the value of the signed contract exclusive of applicable taxes, capacity
building Levy Order 2023 as per the circular No. 01/2024 of 30th August, 2024.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date
and times pacified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
