OL Kalou Water and Sanitation Company Ltd [OLWASCO] has received funds from the Water Sector Trust Fund [WSTF] under the UPC 8th call program and intends to use part of the funds to undertake the following project. The company invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following:

Interested bidders may obtain a complete set of tender documents upon payment of a non-refundable fees [Kshs.1,000] for each tender by depositing to Cooperative Bank A/C 01109467355000, or download tender documents free of charge from our official Website; www.olkalouwater.co.ke. Bidders who download the documents from the website MUST also forward their particulars immediately for records via email to olwasco03@yahoo.com
A mandatory site visit for tender (001) will be conducted on 29th March, 2023 at the
address mentioned below from 10:00am. All bidders are expected to gather at OLWASCO Premises for a brief meeting before proceeding to the site.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11:30am East African Time on 6th April, 2023 clearly marked Tender No. OLWASCO/WSTF/ /2022-2023. Late bids will be rejected.
The Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the Company’s Boardroom in the presence of all bidders’ designated representative and anyone who choose to attend.
