Interested and eligible candidates may download the tender documents and obtain further information from KWS website www.kws.go.ke. and the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP), www.tenders.go.ke
Communication regarding any tender must be in writing through email address: hps@kws.go.ke. All clarifications and/or amendments will be published on KWS website, www.kws.go.ke, and tenderers are encouraged to visit it for any addenda on clarification and/or amendments in the course of the bidding period prior to the closing date.
Completed bids in plain sealed envelope clearly marked with tender reference name and number, shall be addressed to the Director General, Kenya Wildlife Service and deposited into the Tender Box located at the entrance of KWS Headquarters Main Reception, Lang’ata Road, P.O. Box 40241-00100 Nairobi, on or before 29th September 2021 at 12:00 Noon
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at KWS Vet Board Room in the presence of tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend.
