Interested bidders are requested to access the complete tender information by downloading the tender documents from the county’s website:- www.kiambu.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke
Candidates may make inquiries on the tender by sending an email to procurement(g)kiambu.go.ke or visiting the Supply Chain Management Office at Thika Townhall Room 15B during official work hours.
Completed tender documents shall be submitted in enclosed plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Tender Number and name, and be deposited in the tender box situated at Ground Floor, Room 15B, Thika Townhall or addressed as prescribed so as to be received on or before Monday, 12th April, 2021 at 1200hrs.
Opening of tender documents will take place immediately thereafter at the Thika Townhall Chambers at 12.00 noon in the presence of the candidates’ representatives who choose to be present.
