Nyandarua County Assembly invites sealed tenders from eligible and qualified bidders to bid for the following tenders: –

Interested bidders can download Tender documents at www.nyandaruaassembly.go.ke  or at Public Procurement Information Portal http://tenders.go.ke  free of charge.

Interested and eligible bidders MUST submit their scanned bids documents through G.O.K IFMIS Suppliers Portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke  and drop a hard copy tender document as specified below.

Bidders must provide Bid Bonds in form of a bank guarantee from a reputable bank or financial institution regulated by the Central Bank of Kenya, payable to Nyandarua County Assembly.

Further, Prospective bidders are advised to check the detailed specifications, requirements terms and conditions in the tender documents.

Bidders should note that only those meeting the criteria indicated in the tender documents supported by relevant documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation.

Further, tenders from the following tenderers shall be treated as non-responsive and therefore subject to automatic disqualification:

  1. i)A tender from a tenderer whose on-going projects] is/are behind schedule and without approved extension of time.
  2. ii)A tender from tenderers with on-going projects] exceeding four [4] in number, regardless of the total value of the outstanding works.

iii)    A tender from a tenderer who has been served with a default notice on on-going projects(s) or a tenderer who has been terminated in a Government Contract in the past.

Completed Tender documents are to be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope marked with Tender Name and Reference Number and deposited in the Tender Box situated at the reception of Nyandarua County Assembly Chambers behind 01 Kalou Huduma Centre or be addressed to:

so as to be received on or before Thursday, 30th  March, 2023 at 11.00 A.M. (Local Time]. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter on the Nyandarua County Assembly open ground next to the Chambers in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend the opening.

NOTE: Late Tenders shall not be accepted.
