Interested eligible bidders may inspect the tender documents at the Procurement Office during normal working hours as from Thursday 24th September, 2020. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenderers upon payment of a non – refundable fee of Kshs 1,000/= (One thousand shillings only) in form of banker’s cheque payable to Revenue Account- County Government of Marsabit or be downloaded for free at the County Government of Marsabit Official website www.marsabit.go.ke and/ or PPIP portal www.tenders.go.ke portal.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelope clearly marked with tender name, reference number and deposited in the tender box at the reception, ground floor; Governors’ Office Building or be addressed to: –

So as to be received on or before, Thursday 8th October, 2020 at 10. 00 a.m.
The tender will be opened immediately thereafter at the in the presence of Tenderers/Representatives who wish to attend at the Governor’s Office Building, Finance Boardroom; Ground Floor.
Successful bidders will be selected in accordance with the evaluation criteria and terms and conditions set out in the bidding documents.
