TENDERARE INVITED FROM INTERESTED BIDDERS FOR YEAR 2022-2023 SUPPLIES.
Tenders are invited for the supply of the following goods and services effective from 1st July 2022 to 30th June 2023.
Tender Documents are available at the School’s Accounts office between 8AM-5PM from Monday to Friday and will be issued upon payment of a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of Ksh.1, 000/= per set. Completed tender documents in a sealed envelope marked with the appropriate tender number MUST be submitted in a separate envelope and addressed to: The Secretary Board of Management,Chania High School,P.O. Box 45-01000 THIKA.
So as to reach the office on or before 23rd June 2022 by 5PM. Tenders will be opened on 24th June 2022 at 9am in presence of the tenderers who choose to attend. All prices quoted must be inclusive of all Government taxes. The School reserves the right to accept or reject any Tender in whole or in part and is not bound to give any reasons thereof.
NB: ITEMS MARKED RESERVED ARE FOR YOUTH, WOMEN AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.
