The COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF KISUMU invites sealed tenders for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF
ROLLERWEIGHTS
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information during office hours between (8:00a.m-5: 00p.m) at
the address given below.

3. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically free of charge from the County Website
www.kisumu.go.ke, IFMIS portal supplier.treasury.go.ke and/or PPIP portal www.tenders.go.ke .
4. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
procurement.cgk@kisumu.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Bond of Kenya Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only (Ksh.
100,000.00) in any of the following forms; a bank guarantee from a reputable bank listed by the Central Bank of
Kenya; a guarantee by an insurance company registered and licensed by the Insurance Regulatory Authority and listed
by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 22nd December 2023 at 10:00AM
