ADDENDUM
Reference is made to the advertisement of the above tender on 15th November, 2022.
Clarification are hereby done under the invitation to tender no. 6 & 8 in the tender document as follows;
- All tenders must be accompanied by;
- Lot 1 – Tender Securing declaration form
- Lot 2 – Tender Securing declaration form (c ) Lot 3 – Tender Securing declaration form
- Lot 4 – Tender Security of 2,000,000
- Lot 5 – Tender Security of 2,400,000
- Lot 6 – Tender Security of 1,500,000
(2) The new closing date is 9th December, 2022 at 11.00 a.m.
NB: The tender security for Lot 4,5 and 6 shall be in the form of a guarantee by an insurance company regis- tered and licensed by the Insurance Regulatory listed by the authority or a guarantee issued by a financial institution approved and licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya.
