REGISTRATION/LISTING OF SUPPLIERS FOR AUCTIONEERING AND DEEM COLLECTION SERVICES OPEN 13th DECEMBER 2022 12.00 noon
  1. The tender document(s) with further detailed information may be obtained from the office of the Head of Procurement Services, during official working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh. 1,000.00 (One thousand only) per tender document, payable in form of Mpesa at NCPB’s Cash Office situated in Nafaka House, Industrial Area between 9:00am and 4:00pm.
  2. Interested and eligible bidders may download tender document(s) free of charge from PPRA portal www.tenders.go.ke and NCPB’s website: www.ncpb.co.ke . Bidders who opt to download the tender document shall be required to send/email their company’s details to supplies@ncpb.co.ke or ncpbsupplies@gmail.com
  3. Completed tender document(s) shall be sealed and marked as stated in the tender document(s) and addressed to:

and physically deposited in the Tender box situated in Nafaka House Ground Floor by the Main Entrance so as to be received on or before above stated date at 12.00 noon (EAT).

  1. Bulky tenders which do not fit into the slot of the tender box shall be received at the Head of Procurement Services Office, Ground floor door, G54.
  2. Bids will be closed and opened promptly in public and in presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the ceremony at NCPB’s Gilfillan Hall.
  3. Bidders are advised to send one representative during tender” opening to enable NCPB to plan and ensure compliance with MOH guidelines on COVID 19.
  4. Late bids, electronic bids shall NOT be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances. Canvassing in any form shall lead to automatic disqualification.
