Dear Bidders,
Kitui Teachers Sacco Ltd invites proposals for the services of SUPPLY, IMPLEMENTATION, TESTING, AND COMMISSIONING OF A CORE BANKING SYSTEM.
Bidders will be selected under Quality and Cost Based Selection and the procedures described in this RFP.
Bidders will declare in the proposal, that they are not barred from participating in procurement proceedings and that they will not engage in any corrupt practices in the declaration form.
Bidders are required to prepare separate proposals for both technical and financial in separate envelopes. Both envelopes should be put in an outer envelope marked “KTS/01/RFP/S/2021 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL [RFP) FOR SUPPLY, IMPLEMENTATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF A CORE BANKING SYSTEM.”
The RFP can be downloaded from the website free of charge or hard copies obtained from Kitui teachers plaza in Kitui town at the reception for a fee of kshs.1000.00 per set.
The original and two copies of the RFP should be addressed to:

Completed RFP documents should be dropped in the tender box located at the ICT office in Kitui Teachers Plaza in Kitui town on or before Tuesday, 11th May 2021 at 12.00 noon.
The technical proposal will be opened immediately thereafter at the main boardroom, 1st floor, Kitui teachers Plaza, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
