The tender documents with detailed information may be obtained from the Procurement Manager University of Nairobi, Main Campus, Administration Block 1st Floor Room A104, during normal working hours (Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm) upon payment of a non-refundable cash fee deposit of Kshs 1,000.00 at Barclays Bank Ac. No. 094-8245531 Queensway House Branch and thereafter obtaining an official receipt from Gandhi Wing Room G4. OR download from Websites: procurement.uonbi.ac.ke ; tenders.go.ke free of charge

Bidders who download the tender document shall email their names, contact details and tender number to manager- procurement@uonbi.ac.ke. Prices quoted must be net, inclusive of all taxes and remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of the tender.

The completed tender documents must be submitted in plain sealed envelope marked with tender number and de­scription to: UNIVERSITY OF NAIROBI PENSION SCHEME 2007, HURLINGHAM, NAIROBI.

The tender documents should be placed inside the tender box at the UNIPEN APARTMENTS, 3RD FLOOR, HURLINGHAM on or before the closing date. Opening will be done on the same day thereafter at University of Nairobi Pension Scheme 2007 Boardroom, 3rd Floor in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

The University of Nairobi pension scheme 2007 reserves the right to accept or reject a tender in whole or in part. Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification
