Title: Supply & Delivery of Solar Powered Radios.
FCA is launching a “Local Open Tender” and invites interested suppliers in supplying of the following Tenders:
Tender 1 – School and Sports Uniforms.
- School Uniforms (Assorted colours).
- Sports Uniforms (Assorted colours).
Tender 2 – Solar Powered Radios.
- Solar Powered Radios
Bidding will be conducted through an open tender procedure.
- All the goods are for a humanitarian project in implemented by FCA in Kalobeyei/Kakuma.
- All goods to be delivered to FCA offices either in Nairobi or Kakuma.
- Please note, the bid prices shall be quoted in KES only inclusive of VAT.
All bids, in English only, must be submitted as one fully scanned document (both the tender dossier and supporting documents) online through E-mail: Kenya.tender1@kua.fi with the tender reference number as the subject of the mail: by 2359 hrs. Kenyan time on 27/05/2021. Late bids will be rejected.
Applicants with enquiries regarding these tenders should send them in writing via E-mail Keco.Procurement@kua.fi up to 20/05/2021 by 1700hrs.
- Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the tender dossier. Due to COVID 19 restrictions, tender opening will take place on 31/05/2021 at 10.00 am through zoom (Please share the company representative’s email where the link will be sent).
- Tender documents will be available from 6/05/2021 at 0800hrs to 27/05/2021 by 1700hrs. Interested Bidders may obtain a complete set of bidding documents in English at no cost from the contact mentioned below.
